Scope of Work:

a) The Bidder shall strictly comply with API standards in manufacturing and supply. Detailed technical parameters and requirements are set forth in the attached Technical Specifications for the Required Materials.

b) The Bidder shall complete delivery within thirty （30） days after the effective date of the contract, on DDP （Delivered Duty Paid） terms, and transport the goods to the CNPC Bohai Drilling Iraq Branch's operating site or base camp located in Missan Province, Iraq. The Bidder shall bear all costs and risks associated with transportation, insurance, import/export customs clearance, duties, taxes, and all other related expenses prior to delivery.
