CNPC Bohai Drilling Engineering Company Limited (BHDC) was established in Feb. 27th, 2008. It was renamed after merging of the previous Dagang Oilfield Group Co., Ltd. and Huabei Petroleum Administration Bureau which were respectively founded in 1964 and 1976. The headquarters of BHDC is located in Tianjin Economic Development Area (TEDA), which is the core area of Binhai New Area founded in May 6th, 2008.
