The leaders of each department and operation team provide strong leadership in establishing, implementing and continuously improving the QHSE Management System, apply the management requirements to production and business activities, and regard fulfillment of BHDC International Engineering Company's management commitment as the responsibilities and obligations of the department or operation team. Top management of company conduct site inspection survey on the operation team at least once a month, carry out behavioral safety observation and communication and promptly resolve any existing quality, health, safety and environmental problems at the well site.
