a) The service period from January 15 ,2026 to January 14 ,2028. 

b) The Contractor shall secure the water well operation permit from the relevant local authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

c) The safety standards for water well drilling operations shall adhere to the requirements stipulated by BHDC.

d) Mobilization, drilling, casing pipe, cable, drilling water, water pump, dig circulation pit, other materials and personnel accommondation for water well drilling by Contractor.

e) The CONTRACTOR shall offer after-sales service to ensure that the well's flow rate remains no less than 25m³/hour until the completion of the drilling tasks associated with this well under the BHDC and CNOOC drilling contract.

f) BHDC have right to reutilize water pump in the future well, the item cost shall be deducted from the each well price.

g) The price not include the water pipe and cable from the water well head to BHDC’s water tank or camp.

h) There is a possibility that certain locations may not yield water. The CONTRACTOR must assess in advance whether the selected locations for drilling water wells are capable of producing water and communicate with BHDC beforehand. If BHDC agrees to drill a well at the selected location, but the final well does not yield water, or the flow rate fails to meet the requirement "the well's flow rate remains no less than 25m³/hr until the completion of the drilling tasks associated with this well under the BHDC and CNOOC drilling contract," BHDC will negotiate with the CONTRACTOR and make a payment to the CONTRACTOR not exceeding 5000 USD (pre-tax) as agreed.
