Scope of Work:

a) SUPPLYING MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF DRILLING, WELL CONTROL AND RELATED TOOLS；

b) The service period is from September 15 ,2026 to September 14 ,2028；

c) Maintenance services of drilling, well control and related tools for BHDC rigs；

e) Bidder shall provide sufficient qualified technical personnel, required tools, workshop facilities, testing equipment and related technical support for casing window sidetracking and tool maintenance & pressure testing operations in a timely manner. The bidder shall ensure that all provided services meet BHDC’s operational requirements and shall not affect the normal drilling operation schedule.

e) If BHDC is dissatisfied with the quality, response time or performance of the provided service, BHDC has the right to request corrective actions or adjust the payment according to the actual service performance.
